Dr Luisa Aquino is a 2022/2023 United Board Fellow who visited KPBB – Office for Language and Culture Training, Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, as an implementation of her study visit program in United Board Fellowship Program. She found that KPBB as a testing center, especially for IELTS, is an inspiration that she could bring to her university, University of Saint Louis, Tuguegarao, Phillippines.
